Ava is a working public demonstration for a fictional HVAC company. It is not a private customer deployment, medical service or emergency line.

What the demo processes

The text you type—or text produced by your browser’s speech-recognition feature—is sent to third-party AI services to generate Ava’s written and spoken response. Technical request logs may also be created by hosting and AI providers.

What this application stores

The public demo code does not write conversation content to an application database or CRM. The conversation remains in the page while you use it and is sent with subsequent turns so Ava can keep context.

Traffic measurement

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and understand referrers and device categories. It is configured without third-party advertising cookies and does not receive the conversation content you type into Ava.

What not to submit

Real names, phone numbers or service addresses
Medical, patient, financial or confidential business information
Passwords, access tokens, card data or government identifiers

Production deployments are separate

A customer deployment has its own approved call flow, data destinations, retention choices, escalation rules and provider configuration. No regulated-industry compliance claim is made by this public demo.
